1. Establishment of coordinating bodies. Led by government departments, industry associations actively participate in the organization of a mold industry coordination committee. The task is to formulate the articles of association of the committee; carry out investigation and research; formulate long-term development plans for the mold industry; formulate relevant countermeasures; and coordinate various affairs.

2. Build a platform for cooperation. According to the needs of the current development of the mold industry in the east and west of Dongguan, seven platforms, including mold technology research and development platform, mold design platform, mold standard parts application platform, mold manufacturing collaboration platform, mold information service platform, mold management platform, and mold talent training platform, should be built first. Each platform has a mold industry association with different committees responsible and implemented to people. At present, the Yangtze River Delta Mould City and Kunshan International Mould City, which are at the forefront, have taken the lead in building such cooperation platforms.

3. Establish strategic alliances. Some mold enterprises in Shanghai according to the needs of products, with a strong mold enterprises as the core, in its surrounding gathering some cooperative factory, the establishment of a strategic alliance or tactical combination, not only greatly reduce the mold manufacturing costs, but also shorten the mold production cycle. All localities and enterprises have their own standards. Such as our private and foreign mold acceptance standards are not the same, so the mold requirements are also different. 6. Online collaboration. Foreign countries have used virtual technology for virtual design, manufacturing, debugging, etc., and even developed into virtual enterprises. 7. Joint external orders. Due to the rapid development of China's mold enterprises, the level has been greatly improved, has been favored by many countries, so many enterprises have gone to the world, to open up the international market. 8. Accelerate personnel training. Currentmould enterpriseIn the rapid development, money can buy world-class processing equipment, but can not buy first-class mold talent, enterprises are calling for talent shortage, so talent has become the "bottleneck" of mold development, the region should pay attention to and implement the training of mold talent. In terms of talent training, we can also establish strategic alliances, use effective resources from all over the country to combine, complement each other's advantages, and jointly run classes to accelerate the development of mold talent training.
